One of 2 switchers used by the Albany Port RR is framed between the Weeks 533 barge crane and the ship BBC URSA. The switcher is spotting a load out of GE Energy on the dock for loading onto the Weeks 533 barge. The BBC URSA is in the port to also get outbound heavy lift cargo out of GE. Weeks 533 is the largest barge crane on the East Coast. It is a Clyde Model 52 built in 1965 with a 500 ton lift rating.
