| In between falling snowflakes, Q316-28 heads east along CSX's Ohio River Subdivision with two EMD Tier 4 demonstrators on the point. This is former Baltimore & Ohio territory. Signals, however, are non-existent on this line as all movements are controlled with track authority. |
