Norfolk Southern train 33A rolls through downtown Port Deposit, MD with a pair of SD80MACs. This line has recently become the major stomping grounds for a lot of the former CSX SD80MACs which were acquired by NS not too long ago.
Also, who knows how many days the Pennsy position lights have left along this line. Most of the signals have remained untouched for the first 15 miles of the line west of Perryville.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
