Remarks & Notes

PT97 is pulling through the residential backyards of the small town of Slateford after meeting NS H76 at Portland where the two railroads now interchange large trains. 2045 has four Alco mates to help get the heavy grain loads up through the Pocono Mountains. A considerable amount of grain traffic is now moving by this route.
