During their first weeks of operation for the recently created Central Maine & Quebec Railway, two GP20Ds led a short job #211 through Searsport in May of 2014. While not looking too bad in their CEFX colors, the hybrid EMDs with Caterpillar engines were NOT highly regarded by crews. They would often lose their traction with the short heavy trains and were fit more for a switching operation than mainline running.
