| Triple 7 leads CSXT 727 off Iona Island on the last day of October with the old ammunition depot in the background. The Navy depot was one of the largest suppliers of ammunition in the nation and was open till 1947 and now is home to many birds including Eagles. During the quiet moments between trains a young eagle took flight and soared just above the tree tops and was startled to see me in the opening with camera in hand! |
