A snowy Park Car. Snow-covered Park Car Evangeline Park brings up the rear of VIA 15, stopped at St-Lambert Station, with 13 more Budd cars ahead. VIA Rail ran extra sections of the Ocean this winter with 100% Budd consists, as it has done the last few winters.
