Remarks & Notes
Ive been a fan of notched-nosed Alcos since seeing my first Lehigh Valley RS11s, and seeing the RS11s, RSD12s, and T6s that were regulars on the PCs Bel-Del division. The T6 was unique among this group, having an end-cab carbody. Alco billed it as a transfer locomotive, but it seemed to be used as a switcher by PC and N&W, who collectively owned most of the T6 production. Here a newly-painted N&W version waits to have its stack uncapped and get back to work at Lamberts Point.
