Freshly painted and looking good, CCET 2806 rests in the sun at the CCET's Ancor Terminal in Newtown. 2806 is one of nine GP49's originally built for the Alaska Railroad, and still carries her ARR number and ARR-specific details. CCET rosters 3 of these unique units comprising the entire roster of this 53 mile shortline, and 2806 is the first of the three units to receive a full repaint.
Not
just heritage schemes, not just commemorative schemes - this album is devoted to some of the world's most interesting paint schemes, past or present.
