Class leader of a locomotive breed that says to me, "...Just when you thought nothing could look more homely than a P42." Then the HSP was born and I wonder if there will ever be another US passenger diesel as classic as an E or F. Surely these newer locomotives wont be remembered as classics? Or will they?
