The Heatherslaw Light Railway is a 15 in gauge passenger carrying railway in Northumberland, England, near the border with Scotland. It was founded by Neville Smith in 1989. It operates over a route from Heatherslaw to Etal Village, on the Ford and Etal estate, a return trip of 4.5 miles. The 2-6-0 locomotive seen here at Etal station is the mainstay motive power. It was built by Neville Smith and Alan Keef in 2010. The loco is named "Bunty", Neville's nickname for his wife, Bernice.
