The last of the SNCF US and Canadian built 2-8-2s to be built, oil fired No 141R1340 built by the Canadian Locomotive Works at Kingston enters Angers St.Laud with the empty carriages for the 11.55 train omnibus to Le Mans. This steam train was running in place of the normal railcar set due to motor racing taking place a Le Mans. |
