Surrounded by the mountains of Jasper National Park, VIA Rail train No. 1 passes Windy Point west of Devona, Alberta, on July 11, 2014. Carrying the markers on the 23-car stainless-steel streamliner is dome-observation “Revelstoke Park.” The train is skirting Jasper Lake and will soon be cooling its heals at a station and service stop in Jasper.
