| Work comes early for those who work the historic Sandersville Railroad, as a yard job shoves a cut of Kaolin hoppers back to the yard just after sunrise on a chilly December morning. The rich Kaolin of the area is a crucial economic resource, with the over 8 million metric tons mined in the state bringing in over $1 billion annually. |
