| The normally-nocturnal OWPDO "Oil Cans" head south through CP TOPANGA in Chatsworth in early morning light bound for Dolores. The lack of passenger traffic on this Sunday morning gave the Cans a straight shot down the Coast. In the background on the end of the straightaway is the site of a massive head-on collision between Metrolink 111 and the UP LOF65 Leesdale Hauler. This incident was a large reason behind the PTC mandate which passed soon after. |
