| Sitting in the yard waiting to head south is CRR 3015. A somewhat rare sight is seeing the marker lights on, set to white symbolizing the train as an extra. Bostic was an interchange point for the Clinchfield as Seaboard Air Line, and later Seaboard Coast Line. SCL would branch off just a short distance south of the yard. 35mm slide from my collection, photographer unknown. |
