The late-afternoon return run of the Lehigh Limited rolls through Mt. Tabor right on time as shadows encroach on the right-of-way. This rare-mileage public excursion was operated to celebrate Morristown & Erie's 110th Anniversary. The trip originated in Hoboken on NJ Transit and operated over the NS Lehigh Line to Bethlehem, PA, returning via NS' Washington Secondary and NJT's Morristown Line. Power includes M&E 18, NS 3031 and NJT 4802, which is providing HEP for the train...a rare "three builder lash-up" in 2013!
