Kansas City Southern 3997 (ex-EMDX GM71, SD70ACe Demonstrator) flies Southbound on Union Pacific's recently refurbished "Macaroni Line" which runs from Rosenberg to Victoria and on which Kansas City Southern has trackage rights.
