Photo taken after official presentation of this brand new electric Toshiba Version 4 made by EMFER shops for TBA Sarmiento line. Based on a 1962 Toshiba Kinki chassis and electric parts, this transformation includes a new plastic nose, new interiors, air conditioning, LCD TV, and advanced electronic components in the main cabin. The consist includes 9 coaches, four of them are double deck designed to increase passenger seats in about 40%.
