The northbound signal at the north end of Wirtz displays stop indications for the main and siding. With the ongoing signal system project on the "Punkin' Vine" it seemed like a good idea to go out and document some of the old N&W signals around Wirtz and Boones Mill. I'm not sure exactly what all the project entails, but based on the new signal parts laying in various places and the daily presence of NS signal folks I would guess the days are numbered for the old N&W signals (and the code line too).
