It's all MARC at this end of MotivePower's locomotive stash. A dispute between MoPo and MARC has left MARC's three delivered MP36's out of service and the rest of the order piling up in Boise. MARC does not believe the locomotives have been sufficiently tested; MoPo disagrees. It's up to the lawyers now.
