Remarks & Notes
The crew of Valley Railroad Consolidation #97 exchanges waves with their colleagues on the northbound Essex Clipper Dinner Train as it passes them in the Deep River Yard. The Essex Clipper is pulled by VRR #0901, a GE 80-Ton Switcher built in 1937. It is believed to be the oldest diesel electric locomotive still in regular service.
