Nine PPLX hoppers without rotary couplers are on the head end of NS 623 this evening indicating each of these cars had to be moved onto the dumper individually, uncoupled, dumped, and re-coupled. The rest of the train for PPL's Montour Power Plant had the usual rotary coupler equipped hoppers.
