EJ&E 660 is in run 8 working an empty ballast train over the Rainy Sub (DW&P) north of Duluth. The lone unit could barely muster 25 mph, half the allowed speed on this subdivision.

EJ&E 665 and 669 shove the Virginia (MN) local out of Duluth up the former DM&IR. EJ&E 660 is on the point.
