An auto train from Oklahoma City to Arlington Texas rolls down the gauntlet track shortly before being tied down until a new crew can take it onto Garrett Yard in Arlington.
Back in those days we would spent 5 minutes in a yard and stupidly head off to the next one which might be 200 miles away. I'm glad we got one of this old scheme.
