An interesting lashup crosses the rappahannock river bridge in Fredericksburg, Va.

Eastbound coal bucket takes the signal at Virginia Lane while the Q359 with 2 D8-40C Spartain Cabs pull up the freight asking for permission by Amtrak and Baltimore St. to head for the hill.
