On a perfect last day of August, 309 heads over the Marina in Rocky River with some rare foreign power on the former Nickle Plate in the form of a BNSF ACE and SD70MAC.
NS 309 traverses the Flats Viaduct in the last of the evening light. The KCS ACe on the point is a rare and welcome visitor to this line, which rarely sees foreign power.
