A rare Alco plus GP7 #1276 and 2 SW8s

Could we call it two pieces of nice looking junk.

I really wish Alco had succeeded and these were everywhere. My favorite centercab of all time, with the right intermediate height cab and the right trucks. Unit is ex SP&S.

A museum piece without a museum, this C415 was originally Rock Island #424. This is one of only 2 ex RI 415s left. Unit is abandoned in KC, reportedly after a purchase deal fell thru.
