The NYS&W SU-100 passes Roe's Orchard heading south/west on the former L&HR mainline, which still sees freight traffic from the NYS&W and the Middletown and New Jersey.

A normally nocturnal NYS&W SU-100 was pushed back 12 hours due to signal cutovers on NJ Transit, and highballs east past Middletown, NY, passing the Red Onion Siding east of the passenger station.
