With the first snow of Autumn on the mountains, D&SNG Baldwin K-36 No. 486 exits the gorge into the Animas Valley and Silverton.

D&SNGRR K-36 480 is on the point of the 8 o'clock train out of Durango as it nears Shalona Lake on it's way to Silverton.
