A single GEVO pulls a westbound UP vehicle train at Forest Avenue in Dallas. The track closest to us at right is BNSF's "Waxie lead, which is its line to Teague and points south in Texas.

Just before sunset, UP 8159 West emerges from beneath the Dallas Convention Center and pass South Tower, which is part of the John F. Kennedy Memorial.

Texas Southern Papal Special EMD F7(A) 104 (former GN F7) In September 13, 1987, Pope John Paul II visited the San Fernando Cathedral during the only papal visit to Texas in San Antonio, Texas.

Cal Northern 107 West, a DGNO transfer freight headed for Mockingbird Yard, passes the station just as the sun sets. The train is on UP's Dallas Sub, and will soon get onto the TRE.
