A unit coal train, led by SBD 8338, a former Clinchfield SD40, rolls through the heart of Downtown Atlanta, GA. 35mm slide from my collection, photo by Bill Folsom.
Another victim of the "hate L&N" faction is ready to be assigned to a train.

Looking good in its new regalia this unit heads a train waiting to get into the yard by running up the main line and backing in.
Gee I bet this one was originally SCL. Great quality painting. This one is not very old but has been worked very hard.
