MTR 56 switches the mail coach for VF05. In fact, MTR 56 later runs for VF05 without other locomotives attached. Unfortunately I missed my 2nd chance to grab LHF MTR 56 in lit in my photos.

Thinking back in the late summer in 2009, on a hot morning at International Mail Center, I took my first Long Hood Forward MTR 56 (also Ex-KCR 56) shot since my first railfanning in 2004.

All lights on at both hood ends ! Cool MTR 56 passes Tai Po Market station with a 2 minutes gap between the latter EMU.

Good old MTR 56 pulling some other stuffs other than just a mail coach for the VF08. It should be a good news.
