CSX Santa Claus Special, on the block of two northbounds ahead, gets a clear at the south end of Kermit, en route to Shelby, KY. The train will bring Santa south tomorrow.
NS 750, operating via trackage rights on the CSX Kingsport Sub, has picked up a medium clear out of the siding at Kermit as the classic consist works to get the 105-car train up to speed.
