EMD's are always a treat, especially SD40's like this one. CSXT Q380 lead by CEFX 3168 over Stone Rd. This engine sounded great powering up after stopping for some time.

After the crowd cleared, Santa was ready to head home and with everyone all aboard, the 2023 SMS Lines Santa Train begins it's journey back to Guilderland shortly after this photo was captured.
On my way back from Ravena, in the corner of my eye I spotted this gem sitting in the Colonie yard and had to get some roster shots of it.
The local with it's usual power, heads for R.J. with CSX 8733 on point pulling a short train behind it.
