The two Utah Railway units of Rio Grade heritage, lead on old Rio Grande trackage through Salt Lake City.

The Utah Railway RUT311 rolls along the western edge of Salt Lake City North yard. With the city skyline for a back ground.

As soon a the Union Pacific Chevron Local finished working the industry. Right behind was the Utah Railway RUT311 to work the same industry. As they where sharing the industrial lead.

Two Utah Railway units have badly faded paint 2000, and 3002. The crazy thing is they are the ones with the newest paint jobs in 2015. Second unit 2008 was painted 2013.

Utah Railway 2007 and 2001 are switching tank cars at Woods Cross Industrial lead. Utah Railway 2007 in it's former life was SSW GP35 780, then SSW 6680, then SP 6680.

I was able to catch both Utah Railway Salt Lake City locals in about 10 minutes. The second of the two was the RUT311, on main three, also known as the RG runner.
