President Truman's speech is over and the POTUS leaves New Haven for points south. This is the communications car USA 87325, the "General Myers", which I believe has been preserved in Florida.
In this view the crowd has grown and its getting close to time for President Truman to step up to the rostrum, which you can see set up with microphones in between the banners.
