The last of the blue SD40-2's in the Johnstown-Altoona helper pool, battered 3347 is tied on to the back of a loaded PPL coal train on a cold and snowy night.
A few members of the Altoona helper pool are surrounded by Pennsylvania Power & Light trains to/from Strawberry Ridge with loaded 536 on the right and empty 537 to the left.
