J14 is headed for a slip near Nolan, W.Va. with three rock cars and a caboose. Recent rains (and snow) have caused water levels rise into flood stage, evident here at Elijah Creek.

With a rail gang working east of here on track 2, and 3 west bounds in the picture, J14 was instructed to hold back here at Prichard.
