Prior to being repainted into the Belle scheme, KCS #4021 clatters across the BNSF (CB&Q) diamonds before crossing the Mississippi River.
The KCS stacker passes the old tower at Venice. Anyone know who first used the structure? GM&O, ICG, or does it date back to the Alton?
