P&W 2009 is in between Teknor Apex and the George Bennett Highway in Pawtucket, RI with a work train dumping ballast along the E. Providence Running Track.

P&W 2009 leads train PR-3 under the decrepit Pawtucket-Central Falls station, built in 1916 for the New Haven Railroad. The train is running along Amtrak's Northeast Corridor.
