FEC 905 hauls north through a thundery downpour. The rainy season showed up in force during the month of June

An Ethanol extra ran today running through a heavy intense tropical downpour. Rain was falling at a rate of 2 inches per hour, not that uncommon in the rainy season.

432 seemed to be the motor of choice this week. 905 returning from Holly Hill. This train has become a mostly reliable contender for the pm Bunnell shot on most weekdays.

The "local" acting more like a wayfreight, FEC 905 returns to Jacksonville. As needed 905 works from Jacksonville to New Smyrna Beach and return over 200 miles.

210 had a bad day...FEC 806 failed causing a rare delay to 210. 432 was placed on the point and with a SD40-2 on the rear of the LNG tank and we have an EMD powered train!
