Amtrak PO 30 Eastbound capital Limited crosses the Potomac river in Harpers Ferry WV. Notice the river was up. MY wife Crystal took this shot.

CSX bridge crew had to cut and re stack new ties (for upcoming bridge repairs at Harpers Ferry) after cutting them to size. A worker told us they were cut to wrong size.
