After another cold northern Wisconsin winter GBW 103 is enjoying the first rays of warm sunshine in the Green Bay yard.
Ex Soo Line GP38-2 4427 and unpatched Soo Line 4423 at rest by the yard office in the late afternoon. The recently repainted 4427 just glows in the sun.
