GTW 4932 is approaching 17th avenue, as it makes its way through the tight quarters of the East Belt in Rockford. The L561 crew used to pull down the East Belt, and then shove to International Paper, switch the customer, and then gravity drop the cars by. Due to a CN rule change regarding gravity dropping, they've had to shove down this stretch of track for years, which is unfortunate, because the engines face North while shoving, putting them against the light while on the East Belt. It doesn't really matter in 2026 anyway, International Paper has closed up shop in Rockford. It would be a bit convoluted for them to go there just to drop cars by, so most likely, the crew would elect to shove even if the rules were still the same.
