This 0-6-0 steam locomotive, number 32, was built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works for the Inland Steel Co. It had a total engine and tender weight of 281,660 lbs., and a tractive force of 39,800 lbs. The BLW construction number was 59,891. It was built in Eddystone, Pennsylvania, where my great, great Uncle Robert F. McKee, Sr., worked as a design engineer at Baldwin.
