This 4-6-2, number 3404, was built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works for the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway. It had a total engine and tender weight of 534,670 lbs., and was built for passenger service. It was built in Eddystone, Pennsylvania, where my great, great Uncle Robert F.
