The Winchester & Western Railway’s “Sandman” literally rolls through these residents’ backyards as it slowly crawls towards Winchester with 7 loads of sand. Sadly, these residents of Round Hill, VA won’t be hearing and seeing these little geeps behind their property for too much longer with the sand plant being idled in late February.
