On the Tracks. The EA for B&O, along with the E1 for Santa Fe and the E2 for UP, was part of EMC's first streamlined passenger diesels designed to operate as standalone units versus the prior versions that were designed for specific trains. This historic and beautifully restored EA rests next to the C&O 490; it would be really nice to see them outside for just a little while.
