| After spending some fruitless early-morning hours scouting the area, I went for a safe bet, the morning departure of VIA 63 to Toronto. Two GE P42DC (VIA 919 leading and VIA 914 at the tail end) wrap today's five-car LRC consist in a mix sporting more of the older VIA colors. |
